Industrial Solution - Beam Focus Measurement

CINOGY‘s focus beam profilers are compact tools to measure focused laser beams from the UV to NIR range.

The CinSpot FBP-50M is a fully automated tool whereas an integrated CinCam beam profiler is moved precisely by the translation stage along the focus region. The FBP-1KF works with a fixed measurement position and is characterized by compact design. The optic design allows broadband use from 340nm-1150nm and covers all main wavelengths in material processing.


The operational robustness and reliability ensure continuous use applications especially in industrial applications. The whole measuring process is controlled by CINOGYs software RayCi.
